Description of the job
– The training manager is the one who will make the plans for finding and working directly with partners in the country and abroad to exchange, and negotiate cooperation issues to bring the most modern, innovative, and appropriate training programs into the enterprise.
– Directly directed the coordination of all teaching activities and training of personnel in the enterprise.
– Make new proposals, and solutions to change the methodology, and the training program to the objectives of the business, business, and development of the enterprise.
– To carry out the task of developing standard procedures for quality personnel training activities for enterprises.
– To work on organizing regular professional training meetings, carrying out evaluations, commenting on the issues implemented, and planning for upcoming activities at the enterprise.
– Developing standard documents on training criteria, testing, and reporting standards, and evaluating the competence and level of students at each stage, ensuring that the entire training process and quality assessment is carried out by the company’s procedures.
– The Director of Training is the one who will take the lead in solving important issues related to teachers, students, and staff training activities when needed.
– The job of the Director of Training is to participate in the recruitment process, and training positions such as department heads, specialists, and training staff at the headquarters, and branches of the enterprise.
– Build a professional, dynamic working environment, regularly organize internal training sessions, and at the same time, in conjunction with other relevant departments to be able to gradually improve the capacity and level of work of the personnel in the enterprise.
– The training director also performs the task of controlling and coordinating issues related to the storage of information, data on test results, reports, evaluation of the learning process, and participation in training at training classes organized by the enterprise.
– Provide solutions, the most timely handling of incidents, and problems arising during the implementation of training activities, especially those that need to be captured to adjust to the needs and changing trends of the market.
– Carry out coordination and support for related work in some departments, and other departments as required, designated by superiors.
Requirements for applicants
– Male/female university graduates in related fields.
– Two years experience working in the training field.
– Ability to handle situations, solve problems, communicate, and present effectively.
